Warranty & Refund Policy

At MAVERO, we designed our warranty and refund policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and complete peace of mind for every customer, every timepiece, and every order.

We understand that purchasing a watch online requires trust.

If for any reason your timepiece does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 7 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, the watch must remain in brand-new condition, with all protective seals, stickers, and original packaging fully intact and unopened.

Once any protective film or seal is removed, the watch is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
When you choose MAVERO, you’re not just buying a watch — you’re investing in quality, care, and integrity.

Refund & Exchange Eligibility

If a manufacturing defect is identified before sticker removal, you are entitled to one of the following options:

• A full refund, or
• An exchange for the same model, or
• An exchange for a different modelIf the new model is higher in price, you pay only the differenceIf the new model is lower in price, the difference will be refunded

⏱️ All refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your watch.

In all cases, the watch must be returned to MAVERO House for inspection.
Once the defect is confirmed, your request will be processed immediately and at no additional cost.
