At MAVERO, we designed our warranty and refund policy to ensure fairness, transparency, and complete peace of mind for every customer, every timepiece, and every order.

We understand that purchasing a watch online requires trust. That’s why our policy is built on honesty, reliability, and strong after-sale support.
When you choose MAVERO, you’re not just buying a watch — you’re investing in quality, care, and integrity.

🛡️ Pre-Purchase Transparency

Before completing your purchase, you may request real, detailed photos and videos of the exact watch you intend to buy.

• No stock images

• No hidden details

• No surprises

We believe you deserve complete confidence in every detail of your timepiece before making a decision.

🔁 Post-Delivery: Warranty & Exchange Policy

Once your watch is delivered, it is covered under the following warranty terms:

• 1-Year Warranty — Master Quality Collection

• 2-Year Warranty — Swiss Elite Collection

These warranties cover manufacturing defects and functional malfunctions only.

Important Inspection Notice

Before removing any protective stickers or seals, please carefully inspect:

• Overall condition

• Functionality and performance

Once protective stickers are removed, the watch is considered used and becomes non-returnable and non-refundable.

🔄 Refund & Exchange Eligibility

If a manufacturing defect is identified before sticker removal, you are entitled to one of the following options:

• A full refund, or

• An exchange for the same model, or

• An exchange for a different model

  • If the new model is higher in price, you pay only the difference

  • If the new model is lower in price, the difference will be refunded

⏱️ All refund or exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving your watch.

In all cases, the watch must be returned to MAVERO House for inspection.
Once the defect is confirmed, your request will be processed immediately and at no additional cost.

✅ Conditions for Warranty & Refund Validity

• Warranty applies only to manufacturing defects or internal malfunctions

• Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Improper use

  • Water exposure (unless stated as waterproof)

  • Normal wear and tear

• The watch must be returned in:

  • Original packaging

  • With all accessories included

• Return shipping for verified warranty cases is fully covered by MAVERO

• No restocking or handling fees apply for manufacturing-related returns

في MAVERO قمنا بتصميم سياسة الضمان والاسترجاع بعناية لضمان الشفافية، العدالة، وراحة البال الكاملة لكل عميل ولكل ساعة.

نُدرك أن الشراء عبر الإنترنت يتطلب ثقة، ولهذا تعتمد سياستنا على المصداقية، الاعتمادية، وخدمة ما بعد البيع المميزة.
عند اختيارك MAVERO، فأنت لا تشتري ساعة فقط — بل تستثمر في جودة، عناية، والتزام حقيقي.

🛡️ الشفافية قبل الشراء

قبل إتمام عملية الشراء، يحق لك طلب صور وفيديوهات حقيقية ومفصلة للساعة نفسها التي ترغب بشرائها.

• بدون صور دعائية

• بدون تفاصيل مخفية

• بدون مفاجآت

نحرص على أن تكون واثقًا تمامًا من اختيارك قبل اتخاذ القرار.

🔁 بعد الاستلام: سياسة الضمان والاستبدال

عند استلام ساعتك، تكون مشمولة بالضمان التالي:

• ضمان لمدة سنة واحدة — مجموعة Master Quality

• ضمان لمدة سنتين — مجموعة Swiss Elite

ويغطي الضمان عيوب التصنيع أو الأعطال الميكانيكية فقط.

تنبيه مهم قبل الاستخدام

يرجى فحص الساعة بعناية قبل إزالة أي ملصقات أو أختام حماية، والتأكد من:

• سلامة الحالة العامة

• كفاءة الأداء

بعد إزالة الملصقات، تُعتبر الساعة مستخدمة ولا يمكن استرجاعها أو استرداد قيمتها.

🔄 شروط الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال

في حال اكتشاف عيب تصنيع قبل إزالة الملصقات، يحق لك اختيار أحد الخيارات التالية:

• استرجاع كامل للمبلغ، أو

• استبدال بنفس الموديل، أو

• استبدال بموديل مختلف

  • إذا كان الموديل الجديد أعلى سعرًا، يتم دفع الفرق فقط

  • إذا كان أقل سعرًا، يتم استرداد فرق السعر

⏱️ يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الساعة.

في جميع الحالات، يجب إعادة الساعة إلى MAVERO House للفحص.
عند تأكيد وجود عيب تصنيع، سيتم تنفيذ طلبك فورًا دون أي رسوم إضافية.

✅ شروط سريان الضمان والاسترجاع

• يسري الضمان فقط على عيوب التصنيع أو الأعطال الداخلية

• لا يشمل الضمان:

  • التلف الناتج عن الاستخدام الخاطئ

  • الصدمات أو الحوادث

  • التعرض للماء (إلا إذا كانت الساعة مقاومة للماء ومذكور ذلك)

  • الاستهلاك الطبيعي

• يجب إعادة الساعة:

  • داخل العبوة الأصلية

  • مع جميع الملحقات

• تكلفة الشحن في حالات الضمان المؤكدة تتحملها MAVERO بالكامل

• لا توجد رسوم إعادة تخزين أو معالجة في حالات عيوب التصنيع
